What it will do
Atlas is the labsly Suite's Strategy Design app. Mac-native AI client for Wardley Mapping (using the OnlineWardleyMaps .wm text DSL for interop). Pressure-test decisions with structured premortem. Generate counterfactuals to interrogate assumptions. Compose multi-audience artifacts from one strategy. AI-augmented throughout — labeled with confidence, never pretending certainty it doesn't have.
Modules planned for v1
- Wardley Mapping — Mac-native AI client; round-trips .wm files cleanly. Adds AI-native value: build-vs-buy commentary, doctrine checks, evolution rationale.
- Premortem Mode — LLM-assisted "imagine this failed in a year, why?" with structured failure-mode generation, severity tagging, mitigation slot.
- Counterfactual Generator — Invert one assumption, regenerate the strategic model. Side-by-side diff view.
- Composer — Multi-audience artifact generation. One strategy → exec memo + slide deck + research summary + one-pager.
