Strategic communication
Practice the conversation before it matters.
Dais is a private practice studio for feedback, leadership, sales, and high-stakes speaking. Rehearse with responsive roleplay, hear how the other person reacts, and get a debrief grounded in the words and voice you actually used.
“I’m not convinced this team understands the customer problem yet. Why should I keep funding it?”
The evidence is thinner than I want. Here is what we know, what we are testing next, and the decision I need from you today.
Inside a practice
Every Dais session moves from a specific room to a responsive conversation and an evidence-based debrief you can practice again.
A strong performer is creating friction across the team.
Intermediate · 8 min“You keep describing activity. What changed for the customer?”
We reduced the decision from five steps to two. The next test is whether that changes completion, not just speed.
Next practice Lead with the customer change before explaining the work.
The premise
Consequential communication is responsive. The executive challenges the premise. The employee gets defensive. The prospect mentions a competitor. A useful rehearsal has to react to what you say, not wait for you to finish a memorized script.
Dais combines multi-turn roleplay with speech analysis. The conversation changes as you become more specific, more empathetic, more evasive, or more direct. The debrief points back to moments in the transcript so the coaching stays concrete.

The character responds turn by turn, with a voice and behavior that changes based on how you communicate.
Read the transcript, see communication signals, compare attempts, and leave with one specific next practice.
What Dais pays attention to
Delivery matters, but only in service of the decision, relationship, or change you are trying to create.
Characters open up, push back, soften, or escalate based on the specificity and tone of your response.
A six-part view of filler discipline, conviction, vocal authority, pace control, clarity, and vocal control.
Coaching cites what you said, identifies what worked, and offers a sharper alternative where it would help.
Compare attempts to see whether the response became clearer, more concise, and more credible under pressure.
Transcription and vocal analysis run on the Mac. Audio leaves the device only when you explicitly choose a remote model.
Optional local neural voices make roleplay feel conversational without requiring a cloud text-to-speech service.
Designed for repetition
Dais includes short drills for concision, authority endings, pace, hedging, and speaking under pressure alongside full scenarios. Adaptive difficulty and attempt history turn each session into the next useful challenge rather than another score to chase.
It is built for founders, executives, managers, sellers, and anyone who would rather encounter the hard question before the room is watching.
