Service Design — Suite anchor

Service Design

Structured journeys. Synthetic walkthroughs. Suite-integrated by design.

Coming 2027 — name TBD

What it will do

Mac-native, AI-augmented, structured service-design tool that complements rather than competes with Miro/FigJam. Service blueprints (Lynn Shostack-style with line of visibility). Customer/user journey maps with emotion track and opportunity flags. Service ecosystem maps. Synthetic-user walkthroughs grounded in Systema's Persona Simulator — surfacing friction predictions with confidence labels per the labsly anti-synthetic-persona thesis.

Why it's later in the Suite

We're realistic. Miro/FigJam dominate the actual service-design workflow today; Smaply and Custellence are losing slowly but adapting. The window for a brand-new dedicated tool is closing, not open. Our wedge is structured-by-default plus AI-walked synthetic users plus integration with the rest of the labsly Suite. We build it after Atlas ships and Systema's Persona Simulator is mature enough to power the synthetic walkthroughs.

Who it'll be for

In-house service designers at mid-market companies. Independent service-design consultants. CX professionals at companies with formal customer-experience functions. Product designers expanding into service-design thinking.
